Conducting Business Development activities which lead to closing new clients while nurturing existing clients.
Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end to end services.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and identifying opportunities for cross-sell.
Full financial responsibility for a specific group of large accounts.
Work closely with the internal resources to develop strategic thinking for account planning and new opportunities including timely reporting.
Develop a detailed understanding of HHG service offering, and lead presentations of responses and pitches to the client.
Stay tuned into new digital trends, industry innovation through self-managed research and learning, as well as participating in HHG coordinated learning activities.
Graduate caliber or equivalent business experience.
At least 5-8 years of Account Management experience within a media or digital advertising agency environment.
Proven experience in managing large accounts.
Experience managing pharmaceutical clients would be a plus.
Strong experience in digital campaigns (online and offline).
Demonstrated extensive knowledge of media planning, CRM, lead generation, performance marketing, and social.
Understanding of page search and display marketing.
Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and developing a true understanding of clients’ future business needs and challenges.
Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required (both internally and externally) and the ability to manage new business proposals.
Fluency in English is essential.
