Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handling office administration relating to HR, finance, office management, etc including organising invoices for payment, collecting documentation for vendor registration and payroll, dealing with vendors and service providers for office expenses. 
  • Directly supporting the Country Manager// Regional HR Operations ( where applicable) on a variety of tasks to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.
  • Assist in the administering recruitment process by receiving and opening applications letters/mails, file in accordance of title of positions for shortlist by HR Officer. Prepare matrix of shortlisted candidates as required.
  • Update and maintain the training database of all staff. File of training documents.
  • Maintain a security and asset list to ensure the update in a timely manner. 
  • Record and maintain attendance records of all staff to ensure the accuracy of all records
  • Performs other HR related duties, as required.

Who We Want

  • Previous working experience as an Admin, HR, or Accounting role is a plus, but fresh graduates who are eager to learn are also welcomed.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
  • Ability to be extremely confidential in all information handled internally.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Able to reach across cultural and social boundaries to bring teams together.
  • Work efficiently and have a proven ability to meet deadlines.
