Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial – B2B

Business Development
  • Understand Hello Health advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to them.
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment and retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
  • Understand and learn about the media and publishing industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
  • You work in close alignment with the Commercial Director, Business Development Director, Regional VPs and functional leads to plan media partnerships and business opportunities
  • You demonstrate a detailed understanding of HHG’s service offering, leading pitches to clients and directly and through your teams to identify commercial growth opportunities.

Commercial – Client and Partner Management

  • You work with your client service and delivery team to ensure they deliver client campaigns in line with agreed targets, they deliver the best possible media solutions and exceptional client service.
  • You demonstrate confidence and competence with commercial digital concepts in order to identify digital solutions that support client brand strategies and thus facilitate end-to-end service adoption.
  • You support the Commercial Director and the Business Development Director to develop and prepare client-facing presentations to ideate and suggest best practice client solutions.
  • You build and maintain excellent client operations and client relationships – including senior stakeholders.
  • You work together with the Commercial team VPs, PMs and internal delivery teams to track client projects P&L via revenue and cost tracking and report this back to the finance team.
  • You receive the PO from the client; create and agree on invoicing schedules; and make sure the invoices get issued and collected in time.


  • You have a good understanding of Media operations and implementation to be able to follow, guide and ensure excellence in delivery working hand in hand with the Media ops team.
  • You will help manage, share, and optimize the platform’s inventory.
  • You will help improve the inventory profitability of our Media vertical.
  • You will participate in developing the depth of our Media offering by initiating new ideas, channels, and technologies to further improve our media capabilities.
