You are accountable for building a network of third party suppliers across the region to support project delivery by building relationships and negotiating contracts.
You execute/manage SEO strategies and provide recommendations for content development in line with SEO goals for our client projects.
You lead Keyword & Competitor research in alignment with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities for growth.
You advise and audit our editorial team on writing effective SEO content and optimise pages.
You report performance (SEO Audits, SEO performance, Website performance etc) and present results and suggestions regularly for our client campaigns, with a focus on measuring success or suggestions in terms of rankings and traffic.
You direct and coordinate off-page search engine optimization initiatives such as link-building for client projects.
You manage the resources being utilized for branded content delivery regionally and monitor it on a local level – identify and track the FTE of freelancers vs. internal branded content team resources including determining on-going resources optimization. And you supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
You take the lead on gold projects that require more control on content delivery with local markets while developing quality control audits for silver/bronze projects to ensure our services deliver outstanding results to our clients.
You are responsible for the quality of our SEO content as well as technical analysis done for our regional client campaigns and you are working with the local teams to ensure high quality SEO project delivery for local client projects.
You support and/or execute the development of work for our clients, like SEO articles, SEO content audits, SEO technical audits, SEO content strategies, SEO Off-platform work and other SEO related projects.

Client Satisfaction (as per client feedback)
Client Project Renewal
On-target, in-budget client campaign delivery (in line with agreed KPIs)
You and your team partner with the VPs and local markets to interpret client briefs and build content strategies and plans for the creation of winning proposals for our clients across the region.
You define the commercial SEO product offering and deliverables that can be used by the commercial team to sell to our clients against a clear rate card, also created by you.
You may represent HHG at client meetings and effectively communicate your SEO strategies to clients during pitches or key meetings
You support where needed on the initial budget estimate for the cost-to-serve for SEO projects handled by you to ensure proposals stay within our target gross margins.
Your KPIs include:
New and recurring revenue growth
You provide support for our own on-platform SEO efforts by giving input & ideas on SEO initiatives as well as work with our Head of SEO on analysis and reporting where needed.
Work with local in-house SEO teams to deliver technical onsite audits and reports, ensuring quality of work is maintained through direct governance of teams and processes
You implement processes that ensure high SEO project quality for all our client campaigns.
Your KPIs include:
Capability development of branded content with teams across commercial organization (QAM)
Agency Experience managing client SEO
Experience coordinating SEO initiatives in a complex, international organization
Expert knowledge of SEO practices across all disciplines: Technical, Content, offsite.
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Very familiar working with Google analytics, GSC and other SEO tools.(We use Arefs, Screaming Frog mostly)
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
