Your Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

● You are accountable for on-time, on KPI and in-budget delivery of all campaigns for our clients
under your management.
● You develop client project timelines that enable smooth delivery of our client deliverables
resulting in projects being delivered on time and within budget.
● You support the delivery teams in the management of external vendors for the purpose of
client project delivery.
● You enable clear communication, project understanding, and RASCI’s between all stakeholders
as well as identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of the projects under your
management. You serve as a point of contact for teams to ensure team actions remain in
● You monitor the performance of your campaigns on a weekly basis, ensuring performance and
timeline are on schedule and proper resourcing is in place to service projects and escalate
potential issues.
● You deliver only top-quality project deliverables that are matching the SOW and technical
specifications to ensure client satisfaction.
● You might present to clients with regard to client project planning and timelines and assist
the client servicing team in defining the project scope and goals.
● You make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with
the project and make sure all teams are on the same page.
● You delegate tasks on the project to developers, designers or other external vendors best
positioned to complete them.
● Your support in building and managing a database of reliable freelancers and external vendors
across the region through the coordination of NDA’s, Contracts, Rate Cards and quality

Process Implementation & Improvement

● You work with your manager to ensure client project management success – taking ownership
of managing and implementing the client delivery processes and servicing best practices.
● You support the implementation of processes and tools that ensure our delivery and client
servicing is best in class
● You support local markets in building project management, client servicing and resource
planning capabilities and support in the onboarding of new joiners to make them productive
team members that can operate our SOPs within a reasonable time.
● You work with the project director to measure client satisfaction across your client campaigns.
● Your support knowledge sharing with regards to client delivery processes and client servicing
● Your support in creating an understanding of profitability by campaign and by the client through
the implementation and usage of tracking tools and practices.
● Your KPIs include:
▪ Best in Class Project Management Processes (QAM)
▪ Client satisfaction (as per client feedback)
▪ Client / Campaign Gross Margin (Management & Tracking)

People and Performance Management

● You fully commit to and implement Performance Management in line with company policy,
engaging and leading individuals and the team effectively to meet company goals.
● You ensure that all team members have updated Job Descriptions, MBOs and are fully aware of
the expectations of their roles and responsibilities.
● You hold regular performance 1-on-1 reviews with direct reports to ensure high levels of staff
engagement and delivery on KPIs.
● You actively identify and address the development needs of your team, and utilize the learning
opportunities available to them on a regional and country level, ensuring your team maximize
their own learning by making use of HHG’s offerings such as the HHG Academy.
● You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all
employment contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
● You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice
across departments.
● You’ll ensure the projects have sufficient resources to execute within time and budget. If
there are no internal resources, you’ll establish relationships with freelancers and agencies
for project execution.
● Your KPIs include:
▪ Recruitment on time and on budget
