Your Key Responsibilities

  • Working together with the Chief Growth Officer, develop an Ad Yield maximization strategy for the group of platforms. Support the Chief Growth Officer on ad inventory optimization, ad inventory management and utilize the ad inventory for in-house purposes across the region.
  • Develop a commercial strategy and plan to monetise the platform inventory through programmatic, direct and other media campaigns. Helping provide revenue & inventory forecasts to management.
  • Work together with the technology, product & data teams to ensure the implementation of an Ad server, necessary tracking tags and third party technology to be able to deliver our programmatic ad strategy.
  • Recommend optimal inventory placements, formats and tracking best practices to improve & optimize the inventory opportunity within the platforms. Manage QA for ad trafficking, creation and reporting. QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags and creatives.
  • Support the business development team with reports and data needs for client proposals as well as performance reports. Build long-term relationships with agencies, trading desks and other clients to grow revenue.
  • Work closely with our Account Management teams across the region to make recommendations and support optimizations of campaigns on a frequent basis for performance and delivery.
  • Capture and socialize best practices to optimize future campaign launches and provide basic technical support to advertisers, account managers & planners. Proactively identify ways to streamline the campaign workflow, optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and provide suggestions for improved performance.
  • Research and initiate collaborations with third party ad technology partners regionally and in local markets to improve the revenue generation potential & ad performance.

  • You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all employment contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
  • You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice across departments.
  • You’ll ensure the projects have sufficient resources to execute within time and budget. If there’s no internal resources, you’ll establish relationships with freelancers and agencies towards project execution.

Who We Want

  • 5+ years’ experience in Programmatic & Ad Operations with expert knowledge of ad serving technology including but not limited to Google Ad Manager, Revive, The Trade Desk & general SSP and industry technology platforms.
  • A data-driven and performance mindset with excellent analytical skills with a deep knowledge of all the most common programmatic channels.
  • Familiarity with basic programming languages such as HTML, Java, Javascript is a plus and intermediate levels of experience in excel, google sheets & other data visualization software
  • Proven track record in managing and optimising the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously with a clear understanding of the influential metrics for improving performance of ad campaigns
  • Experience with third party tagging technology and the ability to work with the technology teams to implement tags for ad serving and third party tags
