Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a commercial strategy and plan to monetize the platform inventory through programmatic, direct and other media campaigns. Helping provide revenue & inventory forecasts to management.
  • Work together with the technology, product & data teams to ensure the implementation of an Ad server, necessary tracking tags and third-party technology to be able to deliver our programmatic ad strategy.
  • Work closely with our Account Management teams across the region to make recommendations and support optimizations of campaigns on a frequent basis for performance and delivery.
  • Research and initiate collaborations with third-party ad technology partners regionally and in local markets to improve the revenue generation potential & ad performance.

Who We Want

  • 5+ years experience in Programmatic & Ad Operations with expert knowledge of ad serving technology including but not limited to Google Ad Manager, Revive, The Trade Desk & general SSP and industry technology platforms.
  • A data-driven and performance mindset with excellent analytical skills with a deep knowledge of all the most common programmatic channels.
  • Familiarity with basic programming languages such as HTML, Java, Javascript is a plus and intermediate levels of experience in excel, google sheets & other data visualization software
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing the performance of multiple campaigns simultaneously with a clear understanding of the influential metrics for improving the performance of ad campaigns
  • Experience with third-party tagging technology and the ability to work with the technology teams to implement tags for ad serving and third party tags
