Your Key Responsibilities
Prospect relevant target customers, qualify these customers through proactive outreach (Cold Calling, Emailing) and sell directly to these customers.
Develop & manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals at all stages of the conversion funnel and ensure management of the CRM system.
Create and optimise sales processes, ensuring smooth operational flow from and between sales teams and account servicing / customer support teams.
Actively respond to Inbound leads coming from B2B marketing efforts, enquiries and our website. Working to minimise the sales cycle & close customers as efficiently as possible.
Continue to engage customers throughout their relationship with us to identify opportunities for upselling additional new features, functions & services.
Collect, consolidate and communicate customer feedback internally to enable improvements to the product, service suite & value proposition presented to partners.
At all times keep a record of your sales pipeline and regularly report back performance numbers, customer acquisition data & team member performance to the management team.

Strong experience selling SaaS solutions to SMEs & Enterprise customers.
An individual with a passion for sales, customer success & problem solving who has experience in a fast paced sales organisation selling SaaS products & solutions.
Experience within the Healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory. For candidates without healthcare industry experience we want to see a passion for healthcare and a willingness to learn.
