Your Key Responsibilities

Content & On Page
  • Lead research to understand search trends, organic traffic opportunities, and gaps in our search experience for ideation of new content & SEO methods.
  • Define how the SEO team and content teams use Ahrefs and our own in-house tools to identify popular keywords that have the best potential to rank highly and drive valuable traffic.
  • Advise editorial and content teams on how to optimize articles and other content types to ensure they have the potential to rank highly in Google.
Onsite & Tech SEO
  • Lead the SEO team in how the website should be optimised to increase SEO performance and create best practice checklists to follow
  • Support the Product and Regional SEO team in creating new features and tests to increase SEO performance using cutting edge solutions
  • Using advanced, real-time SEO monitoring software,  understand and analyse how our website is currently optimized and performing in Google
Offsite SEO
  • Direct and coordinate off-page search engine optimization initiatives such as link-building
  • Monitor other sites backlink profiles using Ahrefs to understand how we are performing against our competitors in Google Search Results
  • Lead the analyses of our own backlink profiles using Ahrefs to understand the quantity, quality and types of links we are receiving and understand if they are naturally gained. 
Analytics & Reporting
  • Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and our own in-house dashboards to monitor SEO performance, identifying dips or increases in traffic.
  • Lead analysis efforts into changes in SEO performance and manage investigations to understand where, why and how it has happened. Creating reports on findings that will drive future content and SEO initiatives.

People and Performance Management
  • You ensure the Hello Health Group Core Values, our Purpose and Mission are exemplified in your own behavior and brought to life. 
  • You fully commit to and implement Performance Management in line with company policy, engaging and leading individuals and the team effectively to meet company goals.
  • You ensure that all team members have updated Job Descriptions, MBOs and are fully aware of the expectations of their role and responsibilities. 
  • You hold regular performance 1 on 1 reviews with direct reports to ensure high levels of staff engagement and delivery on KPIs. 
  • You actively identify and address the development needs of your team, utilize the learning opportunities available to them on a regional and country level, ensuring your team maximize their own learning by making use of HHG’s offerings such as the HHG Academy.
  • You partner with the HR team to ensure that company policies are implemented and that all employment contracts and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
  • You attract, recruit, retain and develop staff to position Hello Health as an employer of choice across departments.
  • You’ll ensure the projects have sufficient resources to execute within time and budget. If there’s no internal resources, you’ll establish relationships with freelancers and agencies towards project execution.

Who We Want

  • 4+ years of experience managing in SEO. This can either be agency side, in-house.
  • Experience managing a small SEO team is a bonus
  • Experience coordinating SEO initiatives in a complex, international organization
  • Expert understanding of all areas of SEO including content, tech/on-site, and off-site.
  • Very familiar working with the usual industry-standard SEO suites, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Expert experience auditing websites for on-page and technical SEO issues, using tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Deepcrawl, Ahrefs site auditor, etc 
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study with a proven track record of self-learning, development and maintaining necessary skills as the industry evolves
  • Innovative mind that is highly detail oriented and data driven with experience utilising a variety of data tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics & Excel.
  • Be an evangelist and thought leader in SEO for Hello Health. Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices to ensure we are industry leading in our SEO strategy & content.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English
