Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment assignments. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Supports business partners with recruiting strategies to fill current needs and help build a bench of qualified future candidates.
  • Work directly, Consult Hiring Manager & stakeholder to choose best fit candidates in the selection process.
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
  • Report on recruitment metrics to provide impactful data insights to identify trends and influence decision making for approach and future TA programs. 
  • Optimise recruitment channels to source talent
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
  • Create a positive and consistent candidate experience; reinforce exceptional standards and provide timely feedback and follow up status for both internal/external candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop and cultivate rapport with hiring managers and HR partners; 
  • Understand business objectives and translate these to talent needs and candidate profiles.
  • Provide assistance for HR and engagement programs
  • Update the corporate website for HHG roles

Who We Want

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting in both non tech & technical positions.
  • Be able to match CVs to JD requirements quickly and accurately.
  • Be able to negotiate salaries effectively.
  • Excellent in researching skills 
  • Must be able to multitask
  • A keen understanding of business insights, keeping up with industry trends
  • Have an existing network of sales / marketing contacts.
  • Experience working in a fast growing company / fast growing start-up would be a big advantage.
