Who We Want

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead/Head of Engineering/VP of Engineering/VP of Technology or similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy.
  • Understanding of budgets and business planning.
  • Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
  • Proficiently English language is mandatory.
  • Leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Backend Development: Golang, PHP, Reactjs, Flutter, Laravel Framework 5.3+.
  • Frontend development: React JS + Next.js, HTML, CSS (bootstrap).
  • Database: SQL and relational database management, specifically MySQL, NoSQL like MongoDB.
  • Knowledge about Unix, Linux server, Nginx, Apach.
  • Frameworks and Architecture: CI, Yii, Lumen, Laravel, WordPress, Strapi, Express, Koa, VueJs + Nuxt, React + Next, Gatsby, MVC, SOA, Microservice, CI/CD with Jenkins and AWS, Elastic search.
  • Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes.
