Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and nurturing collaborative business partnerships with media agencies and clients to offer them innovative solutions to their business challenges by selling Hello Health Group’s product set.
  • Driving the evolution of the revenue model and the product offering across the region to maximize revenue for the Hello Health Group across 9 markets in Asia.
  • Pitching the Hello Health Group offerings to our clients.
  • Achieving significant targets in both direct and programmatic spend.
  • Communicating complex, creative solutions to agencies and clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the digital health care space effectively in an accessible way to drive product adoption across advertisers and agencies.
  • Understanding of client challenges and able to explain how Hello health Group’s solutions can resolve them.
  • Helping build our brand image among advertisers and agencies as a great platform.
  • Strong relationship-building with both internal and external partners.
  • The majority of activities will be about working with the top 6 media agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, OMG, IPG, Publicis, Havas) but also with some key account clients directly.
  • Ensuring that brands and agencies can seamlessly engage their consumers in premium, brand-safe environments.
  • Working closely with the commercial team to ensure best-in-class client service in the media/digital advertising landscape.
  • Developing media planning processes to personalize the consumer experience enabling customer data to generate efficiencies in all media channel executions.
  • Collaborating with all shared services and the Client Solutions team to drive consistent training and solutions across channels.
  • Collecting, consolidating and channeling customer feedback to appropriate channels; collaborate with product, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Serving as an escalation point for key customer issues and opportunities.
  • Contributing and work with the senior leadership team and financial planning team to project annual plan.

Client Leadership

  • Interfacing with select senior client executives to provide thought leadership on media strategies, tactics and performance, as well as other emerging media opportunities.
  • Partnering with commercial leads in developing key strategic approach to sell digital media products and services to influential client decision makers.
  • Understanding, adopting and implementing latest media planning and buying technologies.
  • Executing client campaigns ensuring operational excellence and the relentless pursuit of optimal performance.
  • Keeping up to date on the latest ad-tech in the industry, ensuring Hello Health Group’s practices evolve ahead of key competitors.

Process Improvement

  • Enforcing development and documents of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the Group.
  • Setting standards on new products/services/tools/techniques.
  • Ensuring highest standards are met and that execution remains best in class.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying or in digital media sales
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading people
  • Proven experience in delivering clear, strategic presentations to C-level marketing executives
  • Deep understanding of digital media planning and buying and applied technologies
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks
  • An established network of buyers and decision-makers in media agencies  – you are on first name terms with the key people.
  • A proven track record of translating ideas into opportunities into products into new business and converting this into revenue.
  • Strong passion of digital culture and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital space.
  • Curiosity, ambition, perseverance, integrity and experience in working in cross-cultural teams.
