Key Responsibilities

  • Working with Partnership teams regionally and locally to pitch Lead Generation strategies to key Hello Health clients and partners across the region.
  • Understanding needs of our key clients in the region to and developing products that support our partners meet their business objectives by leveraging the Hello Health platforms and ecosystem.
  • Developing SOPs and guidelines for regional and local market operational teams to sell, execute and report on lead generation programs.
  • Collaborating with our Data team to ensure transparency and trackability of lead generation programs for external partner programs.
  • Helping to build and position Hello Health as a clear market leader for lead generation in the health and wellness space in Asia, leveraging our audiences to deliver highly relevant and innovative lead generation products & solutions.

Who We Want

  • You have 7-8 years experience in B2B lead generation, centered around email marketing with a strong track record of delivering results. Experience working with media assets is preferred.
  • Proven track record of commercializing digital products and services specifically lead generation programs.
  • Experience working directly with senior management with proven examples of an ability to develop solutions and strategies derived from client briefs.
  • Hands on experience with leading marketing automation systems and lead generation tools e.g. Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, Marketo.
  • In depth understanding of user experience on web-based platforms and an ability to derive insights from large data sets to further deepen your understanding.
  • You have an entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset where you have a desire to create things independently and collaborate across business functions to deliver key objectives.
  • Experience with media planning, purchasing and optimization is an advantage.
  • Highly analytical with experience in data analytics and visualization tools is a plus e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
