Key Responsibilities

Content planning and Team Management

  • Working closely with the Editor in Chief & Regional Growth team, you develop a cohesive, clear and structured content plan for your assigned categories or areas of focus, ensuring that you and your team remain on top of the execution of the plan and regularly review
  • Carry out detailed research to understand the competitive landscape, best practices from other relevant platforms and embed these learnings into your plan and

Content Creation & Editing

  • You are responsible for the performance of your assigned categories or functions within the audience & content Including managing a team of content writers.
  • You are responsible for preparing, reviewing and editing content to ensure compliance with the Hello Health editorial guidelines, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices and medical review
  • Conducting regular keyword research and using SEO guidelines to optimise content strategically to improve rankings in search
  • Working closely with the Hello Health medical network to ensure content creation is compliant with the medical literature globally and in the
  • You manage the day to day work flows and workload of your team of writers and content producers, ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly content production targets are met whilst maintaining the expected best in market quality
  • You support the commercial team in creating content for client campaigns, ensuring the content is produced within the editorial guidelines of Hello Health and achieves the objectives of the
  • From time to time you support the production, translation and/or other works as needed for the development and improvement of the Including but not limited to: product translations, document translations, market & competitor analysis.

  • Quality of content (Editorially, SEO, Medical)
  • Content team production efficiency (Quantity of content)

Who We Want

  • Bachelor degree or higher in any writing specialty (Journalism, language, media) will be considered combined with a passion and interest in healthcare & digital is preferred
  • Experience creating high quality content in technical areas such as healthcare is important with an eye for detail and high standards and proven compliance to policies & ethical standards
  • Technical writing experience including the optimisation of content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & a clear understanding of best practices for SEO
  • Past experience managing small teams is desired with a performance driven mindset and proven ability to develop junior team members
  • Data-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven by getting things done to a high standard within a short period of time
  • Experience with writing software, data tools and CMS systems is a plus such as WordPress, Google Docs and Word, Excel and PowerPoint
