Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing multimedia content utilising digital graphic & editing software including short form videos, long form videos, graphics & illustration content formats leveraging the information provided by the editorial & medical team to support the engagement of our audience on platform
  • Bring to life our text content and stories by creating on brand, unique & inspiring creative content that encourage people to take action for their health
  • Design, create and edit videos, graphic and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Be vigilant in assessing messaging and execution of storyboards, creation/selection of graphics and post production to support the brand through overall positioning and visual standards. Ensure adherence to brand standards in all materials
  • Working closely with the marketing team to support production of creative assets for social media channels, YouTube, the website, PR content & corporate communications content
  • Supporting all teams with key creative requests always bringing inspiring view to the creative approach, design & content you develop to help key stakeholders achieve their objectives through your videos
  • From time to time support the commercial team as needed for inspiration around pitch documents, samples & provide them support in enhancing their materials
  • Working with the commercial team & account management team to produce client related materials taking into consideration the clients creative standards and guidelines and ensuring adherence to these whilst producing best in market multimedia products for our clients & partners
  • Provide various teams with concepts, ideas & creative solutions to their problems, helping tie together these contents under the Hello Health brand

Who We Want:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Film or Video Production/Media Studies will be considered combined with a passion and interest in healthcare & digital is preferred
  • Experience creating high quality video content in technical areas such as healthcare is important with an eye for detail and high standards and proven compliance to policies & ethical standards
  • 2+ years experience working in the same or similar role with experience across a range of media formats
  • Have mastered operating a camera and using editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere as well as creative design software like photoshop, sketch etc.
  • Interest in working with a web publisher focused on health
  • Has ability to contribute to a team environment and receive feedback and has ability to work independently or collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and maintain deadlines
  • Data-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is driven by getting things done to a high standard within a short period of time
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
