Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital marketing programs
  • Be action and solution-oriented at all times
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Hello Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experience
  • Persuasive and confident approach to digital ideas that support broader brand strategy with an awareness of end-to-end services.
  • Foresees and identifies opportunities and formulates plans to manage and exploit them to drive the business
  • Drive revenue growth, and profitability and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Building and maintaining excellent key operations and senior client relationships.
  • Understand client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc.
  • Relentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses
  • Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of the account plan for each client

  • Demonstrated project management skills to manage key project delivery. Understanding cross-functional delivery and interdependencies
  • Consultative approach to building client relationships. Able to extract insights and develop a true understanding of clients’ future business needs and challenges
  • To act as a point of escalation for all client queries across designated projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills at a Senior Client level
  • Highly proficient in time management and organization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading university (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of professional Account Management Skills in a Digital Agency or related industry
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience Leading people
  • Strong ability to work independently and remotely from line management
  • Strong ability to work with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English (reading/writing/speaking/listening)
