Be an evangelist and thought leader for social media for Hello Health. Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices to ensure we are industry-leading in our strategy & content.
Be highly involved in the creative and editorial operations of all social media content. Work and utilize internal & third-party tools and software to manage the social media workflows.
Ensure there is always a posting plan and schedule in place for all social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
Analyze performance data and iterate to achieve optimal performance. Partner with the data and analytics team to continually evolve our understanding of what algorithm factors are driving the most impact.
Plan & execute innovative promotional and content-focused campaigns to drive growth and improve brand awareness across all social media channels ensuring continued alignment with the Hello Health editorial, brand, and medical standards and policies.
Collaborate with owners of other channels (paid, earned media, email, site, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency of company messaging across the consumer journey.
Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or other formats) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Work directly with the Account & commercial team to support the strategy development, planning, and ultimately the delivery of client campaigns & KPIs that rely on social media for delivery.

Who We Want
1-2+ years of experience managing social media channels, pages & content for multiple platforms or brands both platform and agency experience is valued
Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study with a proven track record of self-learning, development and maintaining necessary skills as the industry evolves
Direct execution & management experience of social media budgets with experience running ads across multiple platforms (Facebook and IG Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, LINE, etc.)
Creative mindset with examples of creative ideas that were brought to life across social media channels from conceptualization to execution & performance management
Passion for healthcare & ambition to drive impact through social media and content that inspires & engages audiences
Innovative mind that is highly detail-oriented and data-driven with experience utilizing a variety of data tools including Google Analytics, Social Listening Tools & Social media platform analytics.
